Mr. Marrugo has been the Pirncipal for more than 8 years, as well as has been a professional English teacher with over 20 years of experience working overseas and in Canada. He holds a TESOL Certificate and is a Certified TEFL Teacher from the University of Toronto. As our school VP, he collaborates with subject-matter experts to design, create and implement programs aligned with the Ontario Curriculum standards outlined by the Ontario Ministry of Education.
